Florida law requires many parents involved in family law cases to complete a Parent Education & Family Stabilization Course before a final judgment is entered. As outlined in Florida Statute 61.21, this four-hour educational course is intended to help parents understand how separation and divorce can affect children and to provide practical skills that support healthy co-parenting and family relationships.

This course has been approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and meets the educational requirements established by the State of Florida.
