The Parent Education & Family Stabilization Course is a statewide educational requirement established under Florida Statute 61.21 for many parents involved in divorce, paternity, or other family law cases involving minor children. Florida Court Courses is approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide this course throughout the State of Florida.
While this course is approved statewide, court procedures and case-specific requirements may vary by judicial circuit, county, or judge. If you have questions regarding filing your Certificate of Completion or any county-specific court procedures, we encourage you to contact the Clerk of Court in the county where your case is filed.
